Nadia handles admin for a small firm in Angers and found herself searching for work again after her team was dissolved -- her first real job hunt since her twenties. The pattern set in fast: polish a CV, fire it off, hear nothing, begin again. What broke the loop was a friend bluntly calling her CV 'a wall of text'; from there she stopped blasting the same document at everyone and set about, piece by piece, rebuilding it -- and steadying herself for the interviews that used to cost her a night's sleep. What she posts is the unvarnished diary she would have wanted at her lowest, dead ends and all. She has never hired anyone or trained as a coach -- just someone who sat through the silence after each application and kept turning up.
